FAQ's
I've never had lash extensions. Where do I start?
Start with a classic or hybrid full set, or book a complimentary consultation if you'd rather talk it through first. We'll look at your natural lashes together and design something you'll actually love living with.
How long does an appointment take?
Full sets run about two to two and a half hours; fills are roughly an hour to an hour and a half. Plan for the full window—we never rush a set.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when they're applied properly. Every set is weight-mapped to what your natural lashes can carry, isolated one lash at a time, and never glued to the skin or to each other.
How often do I need a fill?
Every two to three weeks keeps a set looking freshly done. Past four weeks you'll want an extended fill so we have time to rebuild.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
Please come with a clean, makeup-free eye area—no mascara, oils, or heavy moisturizer. Clean lashes bond better and last noticeably longer.
Can I bring a guest or my kids?
The studio is a small, private space, so we ask that you come solo. It keeps the room calm for you and safe for everyone.
What if I have sensitive eyes?
Tell us before you book. We carry sensitive adhesives and can adjust your set, and we're always happy to do a patch test first.
Do you fix work from another artist?
Yes. Book a Foreign Fill / Correction and we'll assess what's there. Sometimes we can build on it; sometimes a fresh start is kinder to your lashes.

Booking
All appointments are booked through our Vagaro page. A card on file is required to reserve your time; you're only charged after your service.
Cancellations
Life happens—just give us 24 hours. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows may be charged 50% of the reserved service.
Late arrivals
We hold your spot for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or reschedule so the next guest isn't delayed.
Refills & guarantees
Reach out within 72 hours if something doesn't feel right and we'll make it right, free of charge.
